We use several freight companies to deliver your orders in Australia. Delivery times vary according to the warehouse location and availability of the items you order, your delivery address, and the time of the day you place your order. Deliveries to some rural areas may only be available to a business/commercial address such as factories, warehouses, and shops especially for long and bulky ladders. We will be in contact if that’s the case.
If the goods are available in stock in the same local metro area as the delivery location, the delivery usually takes 1 – 2 working days.
If the goods are available Order In delivery is usually takes 3-14 working days. Collection from our stores our stores and distribution centres 1-10 days
Distribution depots DC are third party logistic depots for Pickup Only. They do not process orders and payments on site. We will email you with the pickup details including pickup reference number that you need to quote when you go to these depots to collect your order.
