Change of mind Returns and Exchanges

Ladder Shop will do its best exchange or return products that do not meet your requirements. You can return your product to Ladder Shop within 30 days for exchange or refund (less all freight costs) if it meets conditions below: • Must be returned in saleable condition in their original packaging • Must be unused • Proof of purchase must be supplied To process a return please contact us directly. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a change of mind refund or exchange on the following items: • Custom made products. • Any products specifically cut to size at your request • Without Proof of Purchase Deliveries and Online Orders Please take photos of products that are delivered damaged and note damage and get the driver to sign paperwork. If damage is found upon unpacking, or there is an error in your order, please contact us immediately for assistance, or email us on onlinesales@laddershop.com.au Faulty Products & Warranty Claims As per Australian Consumer Law, Ladder Shop will honour all standard manufacturers’ product warranties and guarantees. If your item is faulty or you’d like to place a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the fault, Ladder Shop will facilitate a repair or exchange.
